Acta Marine

Acta Marine owns and operates over fifty different construction vessels for coastal and shallow waters. These construction vessels are exploited towards various clients, namely in Europe, the Middle East, the Caspian Sea and Africa. Acta Marine focuses on executing projects in waters considered with shallow draft.

On behalf of the board and advice of the accountant, Reporting Insight was asked to design and implement a new management reporting framework (quarterly). The goal of this new design was to gain more insight, to increase control on figures and to force the organization to look forward. The bank receives this report as well.
